Neesha’s sustainability journey began with an apprenticeship at Mayo Clinic and the realization that she was more interested in reducing all the medical waste she saw than going into the medical field.
After earning her bachelors in Biology and Environmental Studies from Davidson College (where she tripled the amount of diverted food waste on campus), Neesha started working as a sustainability consultant and science communicator, specializing in helping small businesses. She loves everything from writing ESG reports to data analysis to policy research, and of course, working on a good spreadsheet.
Outside of work, Neesha can be found searching for adventure, whether it be through traveling, rock climbing, caving, or the aerial arts.
