While studying a Bachelor of Economics, Nara was disappointed by the limited engagement with issues like biodiversity loss, climate change displacement, and circular economics. This led her to delve deeper into her passion for climate change and sustainability through a Master of Environmental Management at UNSW.
Nara’s research experience includes an assessment of Australian environmental law, Indigenous science and land management, and statistical modelling to evaluate sustainability policies.
When she is not working, Nara is happiest spending time outside reading, travelling, or practising Pilates. With a history in hospitality, Nara loves to experiment with cocktails, and is most proud of mastering the art of crafting the perfect martini.
