Lucrecia (Lu-kreh-see-ah), originally from El Salvador, migrated to Australia as a teenager.
From the tender age of two, she displayed an innate eye for colour, often rejecting her mother’s outfit selections due to colours clashing.
So it came as no surprise when she decided to study Graphic Design. Now with over 20 years’ experience, Lucrecia has developed a reputation as a design unicorn. Her prodigious design skills span print, digital and animation, as well as advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint. Upskilling keeps her relevant in an ever-changing industry; she has recently completed a short course on UX and UI design.
Lucrecia’s other love is animals. At the age of eight she spotted a stray dog out the front of her house and convinced her parents to adopt him. This was the start of a lifelong passion for taking in injured animals. No surprise, then, that her older sister nicknames Lucrecia St Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals.
