Rebekah is a governance, sustainability, and compliance leader specializing in building assurance-ready programs that stand up to regulatory scrutiny and real-world complexity. As a Senior Advisor, she supports organizations in designing and implementing integrated frameworks that align ESG, ethics, and compliance with financial reporting, enterprise risk management, and Board oversight.

She brings deep experience developing COSO-aligned controls, strengthening disclosure governance, and operationalizing global programs across sustainability and ethics & compliance. Her work includes ESG disclosure and regulatory readiness (SEC, CSRD/ESRS, ISSB), GHG data and reporting systems, and the design of modern compliance programs spanning investigations, training, and culture initiatives.

Rebekah has built and scaled global sustainability, ethics, and compliance programs across 20+ countries—strengthening internal controls, aligning ESG disclosures with SEC filings, and improving external ratings (CDP D → B; EcoVadis Silver → Gold). She regularly advised executive leadership and the Board on governance, risk, and disclosure matters.

What differentiates Rebekah’s approach is her ability to bridge technical rigor, governance, and execution—helping organizations move beyond fragmented efforts toward integrated, scalable programs that are audit-ready and built to last.

Rebekah completed Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
